Shipping Policy

We currently ship Monday through Friday and strive to process all orders within one to two business days. During periods of higher order volume, including holidays, product launches, and promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

• Complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders of $55 or more

• Flat-rate shipping of $5.95 on U.S. orders under $55

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and are calculated according to location and order size.

Shipping Promotions

Please note the following:

• Shipping promotions apply to domestic U.S. orders only.

• Complimentary shipping cannot be combined with additional discounts or promotional offers.

• International orders are not eligible for free or flat-rate shipping promotions.

• International shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout.

Returns & Orders

Return Policy

At Seabloom Botanicals, every item is carefully crafted, packaged, and prepared in small batches. Because of the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and do everything we can to make it right.

Please include the following information when reaching out:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable

Please note the following:

• We are unable to offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.
• Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
• Seabloom Botanicals reserves the right to deny claims that fall outside these guidelines.
